109 Οργανώσεις ζητούν να αποσυρθεί άμεσα η παράνομη αναστολή της πρόσβασης στο άσυλο στην Ελλάδα.

Το νέο τεύχος του Δελτίου Νομολογίας Ασύλου παραθέτει αποσπάσματα από 82 αποφάσεις διοικητικών, πολιτικών και ποινικών δικαστηρίων, Ανεξάρτητων Επιτροπών Προσφυγών και της Υπηρεσίας Ασύλου, που εκδόθηκαν το πρώτο εξάμηνο του 2025.

Απόδοση προσφυγικού καθεστώτος στους επιζώντες και συμπληρωματική ποινική διερεύνηση. Οι επιζώντες του ναυαγίου της Πύλου της 14/06/2023 που εκπροσωπούμε νομικά, όπως και οι περισσότεροι, πλέον, επιζώντες, έλαβαν, επιτέλους, στα τέλη του 2024, προσφυγικό καθεστώς, μετά από διαρκείς προσπάθειες, και ενώ κάποιων οι αιτήσεις είχαν απορριφθεί σε πρώτο βαθμό.

On Friday 4 October 2024 the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), in line with the Advocate’s General Opinion, ruled that Member States cannot issue a decision rejecting an asylum application as inadmissible on the basis of the concept of a “safe third country” in cases where they have established that the asylum seeker will not be allowed to enter the territory of a country designated as safe.
